The data in this article is sound and accurate as possible… and astonishing! It leads me to wonder why the teachers unions and Democratic Party have not made an effort to bring this issue to light. The main reason, I suspect, is that the reopening debate has diverted attention away from this egregious misappropriation of federal funding.
